Will a creative sound blaster titanium and an nvidia gtx460 fit in my motherboard?

No..dg 31pr has only one pci express slot..both gtx 460 and creative titanium requie pci express slot ..so you can only put either one of two cards in your motherboard..but of course you can put a normal creative pci card and gtx 460 card on your motherboard.
