Well Simon, if it was me I would kick your rear-end out the door and with- hold all outstanding monies due for holiday entitlement etc,until I had calculated how much of my money you had embezzled on me by way of stolen time using "my" computer for private use. You would not get a reference. So consider yourself lucky that you have a wimp for a boss
