Can the "suggested categories" algorithm be tweaked so that the 1st suggestion for questions [see detail]?

containing "cod" defaults to "Video Games" instead of "Boston"? A lot of "Call Of Duty" players accidentally have their questions routed to "Boston" as they seem not to notice the "suggested categories".
