Statistically, who has the best rush defense in the NFL?

I know this is random, but I'm doing a bit of a test. I was playing Madden 10 earlier, and I was the Texans. Somehow, I got 222 yards on 20 carries with Steven Slaton. I just felt more comfortable running the ball with him than anyone. So I want to play against the best rushing defense in the NFL to see if I still come out with these kind of ridiculous results.
