Should leaders find out why people voice up or by action regarding the Malaysia system?

I could't agree with you more. I think you should entertain the idea of becoming a leader and make it happen. However, you have got to remember, your country has a problem with culture. I don't see anyway you will be able to peacefully address it. If you do, and it happens, please inform the philippines so they can do the same.
