New Ghettos poping up in Atlanta GA? gentrification sending rich folks back into the inner city?

we all know that project buildings are being torn down, neghborhoods are changing there names, housing value is dropping in the suburbs, the crime rate is getting worse in the suburbs, are the new Ghettos in ATL going to be located around 285 instead of in it? Marietta and SMyrna are the 2 most notorious areas having ghetto hoods and crime rate on the north side, and Clayton county is the most violent county in Atlanta right now, Monroe GA is known for dirty cops and drugs, tell us some of the newer hoods in ATL, and were do u predict the ghettos will be at and crime will be at in the next 5 years?
