Why do we need conservation and why would it be good for us?

running out of resources(coal, gas, ect.) thus renewable would be better(solar power, electronic cars,wind turbine) we could benifit because having resources that could be used daily to help the environment instead of harm it(smog, clearcutting rainforests, water pollution) no smog if you use cars with batteries.
