What could be wrong with my Tetra?

My Phantom tetra is living, breathing, eating, and is doing everything all my other fish do but I'm alittle worried about his mouth. I'm worried it because it like it's slanted to one side, I mean he eats just fine and I rarely see him go potty but thats fine to cause I know he has to be but I'm just worried about his mouth.
