Is there any way i can get citizenship through sponsorship by a school?

i have been in the US for about 7 years now. my parents are almost going to get their case approval. but i turn 21 soon and i wont be eligible to get it with the rest of my family because ill be considered "independent adult". people say the only way out is marriage but i kinda dont wanna do that. i also heard you can get sponsored through a school ( like cooks get sponsored through restaurants and they get their papers within 2 years). is that tru? what can i do to get my papers. i dont have a green card or anything but a pending case under one of my parents names. i need them asap to get into medical school. what are my options at this point?
