Who's that guy thats always at the laker games? (for those of you who go once in a while)?

hes always standing on the opposing team's side right in the corner and courtside, and he wears like crocodile skin pants and a cowboyish hat with really pointy shoes and his pants are all tight. He also has hair like that doctor from back to the future or albert einstein. He's there at EVERY single laker game its insane ive been wondering for a long time..sorry if i just confused u
