If Donovan McNabb ends up in Oakland...Can he legitimize Darrius Heyward-Bey?

He will bring an immediate attitude adjustment in the locker room and make everyone on offense that much better. But this "one-and-done" may still drag things down late in the season if the Raiders drop out of a playoff hunt.....McNabb needs to ink a deal to really make an impact on the franchise.
