Where did you get the idea that the article is promoting the unfair exploitation of their resources? It seems to me that they are looking for investors.Investors are people who take risks with their capital in order to make a profit? They can lose everything or make a profit .That is called Capitalism , the ruling economic system on this world.You should go to Mars or even farther away ,Communist Cuba.
