What does Your "ma'am"-ing and your "Miss Mayella"-ing mean?

In the court scene of the film "TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD" Mayella Ewel yells "The whole bunch of ya! And your fancy airs don't come to nothin'! Your "ma'am"-ing and your "Miss Mayella"-ing, it don't come to nothin', Mr. Finch!" What does "-ing" attached after pronouns mean?
