Problem with Dish Network...?

You can try doing a hard reset on the receiver. Hold down the power on on the front of the machine till it turns off, take your finger off immediately and wait about 10-15 minutes for it to turn itself back on and it will go through a series of updates. If this doesn't work, it could be that the dish is out of alignment. There isn't anything you can do for that issue but call dish or a retailer to have it realigned.
