Manager of topshop, hanley, stoke-on-trent.?

How would I find out the name/contact details for Hanleys topshop manger, or find the conatct details/name of any other stores in the potteries shopping centre or high street so I can write them a letter asking for a job? CV's get you no-where, i've written covering letters and cv's and a cv instructor has seen my cv and been blown-away that i did it myself, and i STILL can't get a job anywhere, So how can i find the contact details to email them and ask for a job?
