Maybe you can't but a racist will have no problem, because to them it doesn't matter what he does, if he made this world a utopia, he would still be black, and therefore unacceptable. I know that given time, (Like more than a year) he will do a good job. He deserves to be commended on the job he is doing now, in the face of such hostility.
