I ovulate in less than a week, start BD now? What else should I be doing to increase chances?

I think ur doing enough, and i'm just had sperm safe lubricants we bought from the pharmacy. they seemed to do the job fine, as i'm now pregnant. 4 weeks. just found out 4 days ago. i also had a cold and used the robitussin 2 weeks ago, which would have been when i ovulated and conceived. Wasn't even thinking about making a baby for once and it happened for us finally after trying for so long.
